Hi, I know it's the holiday season and you have lives away from the hobby and you might be busy, but could we at least get an update? Even just a brief "Hey everyone, here's the situation summarized in a couple of sentences". Some of us haven't gotten the digital key or physical copy and haven't heard back at all...

I preordered the expanded version, but I didn't get sent a key for the pdf D: Where would I pop my head up to get in contact proper and confirm I'm me, etc?
I'm a previous purchaser of the original version. When I access this listing it shows I can download it (since it's in my library), but it shows a $5 purchase price. Would the $5 purchase give me the Expanded version?
I think it would have to be $10 (or total $15 since you already bought it for $5) as part of itch's tiered purchasing
Hmm... well it's only showing a button for $5. I'm happy to add $5 (to make it $10) when I purchase it, I just wanted to make sure I got the updated version and you get what you should.
So even with my previous purchase, when I click the Buy Now button, the only way I can get the Expanded edition is to pay $15. But Itch is definitely showing I own the old version (you can see it in the background).
Crap. If you paid $15 altogether and it's not letting you get it, shoot me an email at charlesfergusonavery@gmail.com and I'll send you key.
