License Agreement Update

LICENSING NOTICE AND AGREEMENT - July 9, 2021: These illustrations are licensed products and by purchasing you agree to following terms: illustrations can appear in unlimited commercial and personal publication projects including, but not limited to, books, magazines,  video games, pamphlets, and newsletters. They may not appear in web applications, non-game merchandise, decorative items,  or resale and redistribution. 

Any product using this artwork must include the following clearly and legibly:

"Artwork used with permission by Charles Ferguson-Avery of Feral Indie Studio"

You may not use any assets in anything that includes or promotes hate speech, homophobia, transphobia, racism, misogyny, slurs, or fascism.
